How do I pay?
You pay in cash when you receive your order. There is no advance payment.
How long will my order take?
Usually 1–3 working days after your order is confirmed. Areas further from the city centre may take longer.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver in Lusaka, Kitwe and Ndola.
How will I know my order was received?
We will call you to confirm your order. Please make sure the phone number you entered is correct.
What if my product is faulty?
Write to us within 7 days at email support@zedhub.shop, with a photo or video. We will exchange the product or refund your money.
