By using the Zedhub website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Orders and confirmation
Your order is confirmed by phone. We may cancel an order if the details are incorrect, we cannot reach you, or the product is temporarily unavailable.
2. Prices
All prices are in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. We may change prices for future orders without notice.
3. Payment
Payment is made in cash when you receive your order. There is no advance payment.
4. Delivery, returns and exchanges
Please read our Shipping Policy and our Returns & Exchange Policy. They are part of these terms.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Give a correct name, phone number and delivery address.
- Be reachable by phone when your order is being delivered.
6. Product pictures and descriptions
We try to show our products accurately. Colours and packaging may differ slightly from the pictures.
7. Limitation of liability
Zedhub is not responsible for indirect losses caused by using the website or the products, as far as the law allows.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
